• Do you offer fully remote roles?

  We operate on a remote-first mindset, meaning our workflows, communication, and culture are built to support working from anywhere in Romania. While the vast majority of our roles can be done fully remote, it ultimately depends on the specific requirements of each position. For those who prefer face-to-face collaboration, our vibrant offices in Bucharest and Brașov are always open and ready for hybrid setups.

• What does the recruitment process look like and how long does it take?

  While the exact steps can vary slightly depending on the role, our standard process is straightforward and transparent, typically involving 3 to 4 steps. 

• How soon will I hear back from you after applying?

  We know waiting for news can be stressful, so we make it a priority to review applications quickly. You can generally expect an initial update from our recruitment team within 2 weeks after submitting your application.
