As a Business Line Director you will:
Be directly responsible for business growth for the Financial Services business line;
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to define and implement the growth strategy (lead generation, business events, marketing materials, case studies, presentations, etc);
Manage the P&L, budgeting and forecasting activities;
Understand customer needs and work with the account management team to build long-term business relationships;
Establish business objectives for Financial Services business line (KPIs such as revenue, chargeability, NPS etc.);
Identify and nurture potential partnerships to grow the business;
Oversee contract negotiations;
Manage risks for Financial Services business line.
What about You?
Hands-on or management experience with business growth (business development, account management) or consulting activities;
Experience with digital initiatives, particularly in the financial services (BFSI) industry
Good understanding of financial and business concepts (mostly related to P&L management);
Analytical thinking and decision making;
Experience managing customer interactions (negotiations, shared business strategy planning, etc);
High level of personal ethics;
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English are a must).
