As a Delivery Manager, you will:

• Oversee a portfolio of software development projects, ensuring delivery excellence, consistency, and profitability;

• Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers to achieve predictable outcomes and continuous improvement;

• Monitor delivery performance, financial metrics, and process alignment across teams;

• Build strong partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive satisfaction and long-term collaboration;

• Identify risks, manage escalations, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented;

• Contribute to process optimization, resource allocation, and the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies.

• You have solid experience in project or delivery management within a software development environment;

• You combine a strong business mindset with the ability to translate strategy into operational results;

• You are skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution;

• You demonstrate leadership through influence, coaching, and accountability;

• You are data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable managing budgets and delivery metrics;

• A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
