As an Agile Project Manager, you will:
Help the business development team in the evaluation and negotiation of required resources, team size, and team structures to ensure new initiative delivery;
Plan or help the team plan development activities based on priority and resources to ensure the timely delivery of value;
Offer support in the invoicing process managed by the accounting team;
Assess and report both internally and externally on the plan's progress in all phases, including post-mortem;
Assist the teams in the iteration planning and in expanding the product backlog items into explicit tasks;
Identify risks, communicate them to all the internal stakeholders, and keep the risk owner accountable;
Monitor and manage the iteration and project processes;
Kick off new initiatives by aligning internal and external stakeholders to the objectives, timelines, process, and budget of the initiative;
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
Drive a result-focused mindset and ensure that the team members understand the purpose/goal of each process;
Identify and manage potential conflicts within the team or between the team and stakeholders, and work towards managing them from an early stage;
Measure and analyze the evolution of the team performance using a variety of metrics such as burn down charts, velocity, team commitment, etc;
Drive the release planning (timeframe, infrastructure, risk assessment, resources, etc.);
Provide and promote continuous feedback to all team members.

A tight grip on Software Development Life Cycles;
Financial understanding and tight grip on financial KPIs & budget monitoring, and execution;
Communication channel facilitator (team and client);
Able to lead and guide multiple teams at the same time;
