As the Sales Director for Mirro.io, you will:
Drive Revenue Leadership: Take full ownership of the Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships functions, aligning key initiatives with our overall revenue target and OKRs;
Generate New Business: contribute directly to sales on strategic accounts while setting targets, forecasting revenue, and supporting the team in achieving their goals;
Maximize Retention & Expansion: Align existing customer retention and account expansion strategies. You will closely monitor churn indicators and NRR (Net Revenue Retention) while optimizing the handover process from Sales to CS;
Manage Strategic Partnerships: Define the strategic objectives of Mirro’s partnership programs and monitor their direct contribution to the overall pipeline;
Optimize Sales Operations: Create, update, and enforce the Mirro Sales Playbook. You will implement MEDDICC and BANT methodologies, manage inbound priorities, and optimize active outreach sequences;
Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage product usage data, customer insights, and real-time analytics to ground commercial decisions;
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that brings real value to the users;
Lead by Example: Build and maintain a high-performing team. You will implement continuous feedback loops within your team, fostering a culture of transparency, recognition, and high retention.
What you're bringing to the table:
7+ years of experience in growth/sales within a SaaS / B2B tech environment;
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with complete ownership over growth or revenue initiatives;
Proven results in driving sustainable business growth with a strong focus on new acquisition, renewals, and partnerships;
Deep SaaS understanding, with solid knowledge of B2B SaaS business models, unit economics, and complex sales cycles;
Hands-on expertise with CRMs such as HubSpot;
Strong analytical skills, with a deep grasp of commercial metrics: funnel metrics, conversions, LTV, CAC, NPS, Churn, and NRR;
Cross-functional mindset, with proven experience collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to align Go-To-Market strategies;
Advanced English proficiency.
