Junior Growth Specialist - Mirro
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing our customer base. You will be responsible for lead research & qualification, lead management, MQLs follow-ups, and pipeline acceleration. Additionally, you will engage in inside sales activities to convert qualified leads into happy customers.

As a Junior Growth Specialist, you will:
Conduct lead research to identify potential customers within our ICP and manage handover to the sales team;
Manage and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and calls to assess interest and readiness to buy;
Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and reporting insights;
Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead conversion;
Collaborate with the growth team to refine lead scoring, track engagement, and develop personalized outreach strategies;
Provide feedback to the growth team on lead quality, engagement trends, and campaign performance to optimize future initiatives;
Proactively move leads through the marketing & sales pipeline, ensuring timely handoffs to sales or direct closures for small accounts;
Engage in managing the entire sales process for specific customer segments, from initial outreach to closing deals, including conducting engaging and insightful product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
What about you:
1-2 years of experience in a similar role (lead research/generation, marketing operations, or inside sales) within the Software/SaaS industry;
Excellent English (verbal and written);
Strong communication and persuasion skills;
Analytical skills with the ability to identify high-potential leads;
Ability to work with minimal supervision and a proactive approach to managing leads;
Ability to understand lead qualification criteria;
Being tech-savvy and experienced in using a CRM, preferably Hubspot, is a plus;
Nice to have: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
