Martech Specialist
We are looking for a driven and solutions-oriented MarTech Specialist to join our Digital Operations & Tech (DOT) team—a key enabler of scalable business growth. This role combines deep expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), website performance management, and data-driven operations to support full-funnel performance and alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.
As a Martech Specialist you will:
➡️Marketing Automation & Martech Integration:
- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns using HubSpot to support lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion goals.
- Architect and implement scalable HubSpot solutions aligned with business requirements—including custom properties, dynamic lists, integrations, campaign tracking, and full-funnel reporting.
- Manage data integrity, segmentation, and performance measurement across the martech stack—including CRM, ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn), analytics, and data enrichment tools.
- Collaborate closely with campaign owners, content, and the digital performance specialist to operationalize campaign execution and ensure accurate attribution.
➡️ Website Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize the corporate website infrastructure (HubSpot CMS) to ensure technical performance, speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Monitor site speed and key performance indicators (e.g. Core Web Vitals) to identify and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the web development specialist to ensure implementation of best practices in technical SEO, CMS structure, and site hygiene.
➡️ Analytics, Enablement & Alignment
- Translate business and campaign goals into martech requirements, ensuring reliable reporting frameworks and measurable outcomes across the funnel.
- Build and support dashboards for campaign performance, lead flow, marketing-sourced pipeline, and conversion metrics—helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Partner across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure operational alignment, data consistency, and scalable execution processes.
What about you?
- 4+ years of experience in marketing technology and automation, with hands-on experience in HubSpot and/or Marketo.
- Proficiency in HubSpot configuration, automation workflows, list management, lead scoring, email nurturing, and CRM integration.
- Strong experience managing and optimizing websites built on CMS platforms (HubSpot CMS required; WordPress/Webflow a plus).
- Solid understanding of marketing data structures, lifecycle tracking, UTM-based attribution, and performance metrics across the full funnel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align martech solutions with business goals.
- Nice to have: HubSpot certifications, experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and knowledge of tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data enrichment platforms.
