We seek an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy across all Zitec verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, growth management, and innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing dynamics, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive success. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and revenue goals and deliver measurable results.

As a Marketing Director, your area of focus will be:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and oversee the end-to-end marketing strategy for all Zitec verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Solution & Program Growth Management - Strategic management and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing content marketing, thought leadership, lead generation, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Account-Based Marketing – Develop and execute ABM strategies, leveraging research on target accounts, ICPs, and key stakeholders to personalize marketing initiatives and improve conversion rates.
- Customer-Centric & Industry-Focused Approach – Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform strategic decisions, tailor messaging, and enhance engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ensure marketing strategies are based on actionable data, enabling informed decisions across functions.
- Innovation & Agility – Stay ahead of industry trends, marketing innovations, and digital transformation shifts, continuously refining marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Process Optimization & Automation: Streamline and document operational processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency across all growth teams, promoting continuous process improvements. Implement tools and automation that streamline workflows and reduce human error.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Bridge marketing, sales, business development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach, streamlining messaging and execution across all touchpoints.
Here's what you bring to the table:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership – Proven experience in B2B marketing management, ABM, and industry-specific growth strategies.
- Business Understanding Making – Strong understanding of ICP development, market research, and revenue impact tracking.
- ABM & Digital Marketing Expertise – Experience in multi-channel demand generation, PPC, content marketing, and automation.
- Project & Budget Management – Ability to oversee multiple initiatives, allocate resources efficiently, and track performance KPIs.
- Analytical Skills – Advanced skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and leveraging insights for strategic decisions.
- Process Optimization & Automation – Experience streamlining processes and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Adaptability & Innovation – Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate change, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills – Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the sales team, other departments, and senior management.
