As a Senior Organizational Development Specialist, you will:
- Identify opportunities & needs, design, and execute organization-wide learning and development programs tailored to specific roles or business lines; and manage the learning cycle from assessment to evaluation.
- Coordinate the performance management process end2end by providing support and consultancy to employees and continuously monitor process effectiveness in order to reshape and implement improvement measures.
- Establish and roll out development programs tailored for top talents and potential successors in key positions.
- Assess, cultivate, and implement organizational development solutions that accelerate essential competencies and skills at the organizational level to support the business strategy and drive performance and career growth.
- Sustain and deploy various initiatives such as team effectiveness, organizational efficiency, leadership assessment, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve constantly our team activity (new tools, automation, process/flow redesign, new techniques and approaches);
- Manage the specific Tools (e.g.LMS) and other platforms to coordinate relevant data analysis for a better understanding of performance management, learning, and career development processes.
What you’re bringing to the table:
- Proven experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or in a similar role;
- Proven track record of designing and implementing learning & development & career management programs;
- Advanced experience in project management;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Tech savvy;
- Autonomy and ability to work with minimal to moderate direction;
- Keen attention to detail and very good planning and organizing skills;
- Ability to both see the big picture and to work with details and have the flexibility to switch from one to the other as necessary;
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations;
- Proficient in MS Excel and preferably familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS);
- Fluent in English.
