As a Senior Communication Specialist you will:
Develop and implement the global strategy for external communications, defining the strategic directions and coordinating and executing all communication activities in order to support company objectives;
Coordinate with the Brand & Content Strategist to ensure the omnichannel content strategy is aligned to the external communication direction.
Draft and manage press releases, articles, and all key communication materials, with the role of increasing brand visibility and authority in the external environment;
Coordinate with the PR agency for all media activities and reporting.
Maintain strategic relationships with journalists, influencers, and media partners, developing PR strategies and media collaborations that support the company's long-term objectives;
Coordinate and implement complex communication campaigns for events, product launches and initiatives, with the responsibility of coordinating teams and ensuring their success;
Manage crisis communication at a strategic level, developing key messages and communication strategies in emergency situations to protect the company's reputation;
Monitor and analyze the impact of communication campaigns at a strategic level, evaluating long-term results and implementing adjustments in strategies to maximize success;
Ensure the alignment of all communication materials with the company's brand identity, establishing internal standards and procedures for all team members.
Prepare and deliver activity reports to stakeholders that reflect the impact of all external communication initiatives.
Collaborate with Coms & Brand, design, marketing, sales and leadership teams.
What about you?
Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated external communication strategies, aligned to business objectives;
Strong ability to draft and manage press releases, articles, and key communication materials that increase brand visibility and authority;
Experience coordinating PR agencies and managing media relationships — journalists, influencers, and strategic media partners;
Analytical mindset with experience monitoring and evaluating communication campaign performance and translating insights into strategic adjustments;
Strong understanding of brand identity principles and experience establishing internal communication standards and procedures;
Experience preparing and presenting activity reports and impact analyses to stakeholders and leadership;
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Coms & Brand, design, marketing, sales, and leadership teams;
Assertive and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and defend ideas in front of stakeholders;
Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to interpret communication metrics and translate them into actionable insights;
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and ambiguity effectively;
Proficiency in relevant communication and productivity tools; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus;
Fluency in Romanian and English — both written and verbal — is a must.
