Growth Marketing Specialist
As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Zitec, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated growth programs that directly contribute to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and market positioning.
You will work closely with Sales, Business Line Directors, Brand & Communications, and Growth Leads, translating business objectives into scalable marketing initiatives across the full funnel: awareness, demand, conversion, and retention.
This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution capability, analytical mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will:
Growth programs & campaign execution
Design and execute integrated growth programs aligned with business and pipeline objectives;
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned) across the full funnel;
Support ABM initiatives (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) together with Sales and Business leads;
Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed KPIs.
Funnel, conversion & performance
Optimize conversion across funnel stages (MQL → SQL → Opportunity);
Monitor and improve funnel efficiency using data and insights;
Use CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and scoring;
Contribute to performance reporting attribution analysis.
Content & messaging strategy
Content development, aligned to funnel stages (case studies, landing pages, emails, webinars, presentations);
Ensure messaging is relevant for target industries, buyer personas, and business priorities;
Collaborate with Brand & Communications to ensure consistency and clarity.
Market & industry intelligence
Collect and synthesize market, competitor, and industry insights;
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns and positioning.
Collaboration & delivery
Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing & Sales, Business Lines, and Brand teams;
Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities and revenue targets;
Ensure transparency, clear communication, and shared ownership across teams.
Experimentation & continuous improvement
Test new approaches, channels, and ideas using a structured experimentation mindset;
Analyze results, extract learnings, and iterate;
Contribute to improving processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
What about you?
Experience & skills
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing;
Experience working with integrated campaigns and full-funnel strategies;
Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and pipeline metrics;
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.);
Solid analytical skills and ability to work with data, dashboards, and performance reports;
Ability to write and document B2B industry-focused marketing content;
Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows.
