PHP Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer you will:
- Contribute to the application building process by writing application code and implementing data storage and retrieval techniques in most areas of the application;
- Ensure compliance with performance, security and code quality best practices;
- Seek guidance from more senior people when working on highly difficult tasks (technically or business-wise) to efficiently overcome the challenges;
- Pursue research initiatives that can improve the software development processes both for the team and the company.
What about you:
Mandatory
- Proficiency in using HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript;
- Proficiency in using PHP and relational databases (MySQL mainly);
- Good understanding of Symfony framework (4 or above ) and software design patterns;
- Good understanding of VueJS;
- Good understanding of version control systems;
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills;
- Strong English language skills (both verbal and written).
Preferred
- Some experience with CI/CD;
- Some experience with microservices;
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Considered a plus
- Some experience with Sonata;
- Some experience with Python 3.8.
