🛠️ As a Business Intelligence & Automation Specialist, you will:
Create and manage dashboards and reports to provide clear and relevant information for decision-makers.
Develop, maintain, and execute business process automation using industry-standard automation tools & custom scripts.
Monitor the performance of automated processes and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
Test and validate BI and automation solutions to ensure data accuracy and correct functionality.
Provide support and training to internal teams for the efficient use of implemented BI and automation solutions.
Participate actively in process improvement projects and work on implementing necessary changes to increase business performance and efficiency.
Design data architectures, optimize workflows, and integrate automation solutions into business processes.
Report on time savings created via RPA.
🎓 What about you?:
Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis, and automation solutions, typically 2-5 years for a regular level;
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio preffered, Tableau or Power BI) and automation platforms (e.g., RPA tools, scripting);
Understand business cases and propose a solution;
The ability to analyze, model, and interpret data, visual representation skills (charts, graphs, diagrams);
Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, Node JS);
Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of assignments;
Problem-solving skills;
A systematic and logical approach;
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, understand both business needs and the technologies to implement them;
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Interpersonal & team working skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
