Associate ITOps Engineer
As an Associate ITOps Engineer, you will provide first-level technical support, assist in IT infrastructure maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of IT systems. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and develop skills in network administration, security, and IT automation.

As an Associate ITOps Engineer you will:
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues
- Manage support tickets and resolve IT incidents efficiently
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Support user onboarding/offboarding processes (account creation, access control, device provisioning)
- Perform routine network monitoring and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining documentation of IT processes, devices, and configurations.
- Help maintain and support office tech (meeting room systems, printers, desk booking solutions)
- Apply security best practices, including patch management and basic endpoint protection.
- Centralizes purchase requests from colleagues and creates procurement requests to ensure the internal stock is supplied with necessary components
- Participate in IT asset tracking and software license management.
- Participates in annual assets inventory
- Learn and support VPN configurations and basic firewall rule changes.
What about you?
- 0-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
- Understanding of IT security principles (password policies, endpoint security).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Office 365 administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
