As a Partnership Manager, your focus will be on the growth of Regista:
- Strategy Implementation: You will work closely with the Regista CEO to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for the sales team. Regista is a SaaS company specialised in software for public administration, working together also with private companies, with our strategy focused on solving the issues of public administration while also having unique selling points to private enterprises.
- Revenue Target Achievement: You will take an active role in driving the teams toward meeting and exceeding revenue targets. This includes identifying growth opportunities and optimizing sales processes, execution of those strategies & opportunities and meeting directly with both clients and partners.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: You will create and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Champion in fostering effective collaboration within the sales team and across other departments - particularly the Public Sector Sales Team & Customer Success Team - to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
- Client Engagement: You will assist in managing key client relationships and participate in high-level Partner meetings when necessary.
- Sales Initiatives & Problem Resolution: One of this role's core activities is to promptly address challenges and issues within the sales team, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Training and Development: You will support the ongoing training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge (and yours!).
- Please note that this position will require a significant amount of time visiting clients, in various cities and counties around Bucharest.
What you’re bringing to the table:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successful strategies & sales execution, in a dynamic sales environment.
- Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques. Solid background in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze sales data, create insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding and implementing high-level sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the sales team, other departments, and senior management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome obstacles.
