What you need for this role:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
• Experience coordinating medium to large-sized digital/ offline events and projects.
• Knowledge of digital events platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in content creation and review for digital marketing texts.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills for moderating online/ offline events.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and marketing activities simultaneously.
• Effective coordination and communication with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct research on webinar improvements, including platforms, KPI enhancements, and setup optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing data analytics platforms (a plus, but not required).
• Experience with social media strategy and content creation across various industries.
• Ability to write advertorials, blog articles, and other content pieces.

What you will do:

Main activities:

Webinar moderation:

• Moderate online events (webinars) exclusively in English, including introductions, conclusions, speaker presentations, and Q&A sessions.
• Manage the setup and flow of webinars, ensuring smooth execution.

Event planning and coordination:

• Plan and coordinate client webinars and online events, setting up events on platforms like ON24.
• Liaise between speakers, content teams, and event organizers to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Content management:

• review webinar content, including post-event emails and other materials.
• Verify all webinar materials (videos, images, links, presentations) and suggest improvements if necessary.

Post-event activities:

• Conduct post-webinar debrief sessions and manage follow-up activities to ensure continuous improvement.

Secondary activities:

Content marketing:

• Coordinate content marketing strategy, including content calendar development.
• Oversee the creation of various content types (blog posts, ebooks, videos, infographics).
• Manage content distribution and promotion strategies.

Analytics and reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools for data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Maintain regular reporting to keep stakeholders informed on campaign performance.
• Implement advanced tracking.
