As a Senior Sales Consultant for mirro.io, you will:
- Develop and qualify marketing leads, to drive revenue opportunity in specific target vertical markets;
- Generate prospects through various “warm and cold calling” activities;
- Strategic selling on key accounts with direct outreach;
- Conduct a strategic consultative sales approach;
- Establish C-level relationships with key prospects;
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Cover end-to-end sales cycle;
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products;
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability;
- Be able to effectively communicate and feedback on the results to the broader business development & marketing team;
- Manage of all leads, opportunities, and associated data via the CRM tool;
- Understand the business needs of our customers;
- Develop, learn and communicate specific sales value propositions to customers;
- Collaboration with Marketing team for GotoMarket strategy;
What about You?
- Relevant sales-related skills and experience (3 - 4 years) within the IT&C - Software Products - or HR industry;
- Hunter is your second name and it comes naturally to you to find creative ways to reach out to prospects;
- Excellent English skills and any other foreign language is highly appreciated;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Persuasive and goal-oriented;
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
