As a Deputy Sales Director, your piece will be:
🚀Strategy Implementation
You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for the sales team.
🎯 Revenue Target Achievement
You will take an active role in driving the teams toward meeting and exceeding revenue targets. This includes identifying growth opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
📊Sales Reporting and Analysis
You will create and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
🤝🏻 Collaboration
Champion in fostering effective collaboration within the sales team and across other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to business objectives.
🔧 Client Engagement
You will assist in managing key client relationships and participate in high-level client meetings when necessary.
🎖️Sales Initiatives & Problem Resolution
One of this role's core activities is to promptly address challenges and issues within the sales team, proposing and implementing solutions.
🥋 Training and Development
You will support the ongoing training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge (and yours!).

💫 Leadership Experience
Proven track record of successful team leadership and management in a sales environment.
⚖️ Sales Expertise
A deep understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
Solid background in achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
🔎 Analytical Skills
The ability to analyze sales data, create insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
🧩 Strategic Thinking
Understanding and implementing high-level sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the sales team, other departments, and senior management.
