As a Social Media Community Manager, you will:
- Nurture and grow our online community by being Zitec’s voice online, and by steering the way with our timeless yet always trending standards across all the company’s social media platforms;
- Setup and manage social media pages on various platforms depending on the target audience and market segment ICPs;
- Get to know, 'listen', and truly understand your audience and platform;
- Generate, edit, and publish relatable content that sparks conversations and engagement with a human touch;
- Work together with other marketing team members to propose a social media content plan aimed at boosting reach, engagement, and driving relevant traffic to achieve clear marketing objectives;
- Moderate user-generated content including dealing with any "fake news" and addressing negative comments;
- Interact with community members to increase engagement, and build relationships with key influencers within the community;
- Propose, track, and report KPIs to assess social media performance in line with our plans, goals, and engagement timelines;
- Support PPC and/or SEM and SEO campaigns with desired objectives: increase brand visibility, drive traffic to designated landing pages and/or websites, etc;
- Take charge of post boosting across different social media platforms, making sure to allocate budgets strategically based on the importance of each post;
- Report to our Senior Digital Campaign Specialist.
What about you?
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge and proven experience in community management with a passion for following and participating in social media conversations;
- Up-to-date with what's trending, to spot and maximize real-time marketing opportunities.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice and language to different audiences;
- Social media analytics tools knowledge;
- Familiarity with online marketing and a good understanding of digital marketing channels;
- Ability to self-organize and manage multiple priorities or deadlines in parallel, while maintaining a proactive and professional online behavior at all times. Ability to clearly and succinctly express your thoughts in English and Romanian (written and spoken);
- Interested to track and monitor qualitative and quantitative outcomes or results;
- Nice to have: PPC experience in social media paid campaigns across various ad platforms such as Meta & LinkedIn ads.
- Bold thinking that brings creativity to the tech table, understanding that in any industry, innovation sparks engagement
- Excited about connecting and staying in touch with people within the Zitec ecosystem to develop meaningful and constructive relationships.
