What you need for this role
- 3-5 years of experience in the customer support/ customer success area;
- Knowledge and skill in partnering with customers to achieve their goals by implementing digital solutions;
- Knowledge and understanding of web applications development, including support workflows;
- Familiarity with console logs and a keen eye on issue tracking;
- Preferred experience in customer success for HR tools;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- French speaking candidates have an advantage;
- An excellent communicator; disciplined, persistent, organized, responsible and proactive;
- A problem-solving attitude with a great sense of humor;
- Out-of-the-box thinker and a master of resource planning.
What you will do
- Provide technical, onboarding assistance for customers, understand how our product helps their business and guide their way to success;
- Help in identifying processes involved, focusing on a smooth overall experience;
- Overview tech support experience;
- Classify and make an initial assessment of specific incidents or issues;
- Seamless collaboration with the development and product team;
- Document the issues into the ticketing system;
- Update support documentation;
- Manage and administer users, groups, and permissions in our application;
- Receive a huge amount of thanks and gratitude from colleagues & clients. :)
