As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will:
Follow an event planning process, take ownership of tasks, and ensure deadlines are met;
Create, edit, and ensure the quality of deliverables, including programs, emails, and images, in adherence to guidelines;
Create surveys using a specific platform, based on provided templates;
Edit and resize images in Photoshop, following templates and specific guidelines;
Identify gaps in project briefs or assets received and provide constructive feedback;
Ensure alignment and consistency in deliverables and communication across various marketing tasks;
Maintain a continuous learning flow on the marketing automation platform and the project;
Create monthly reports, ensuring the quality of the provided data and reporting progress to stakeholders;
Work closely with the client’s Product Owner, understanding backlog priorities and taking over existing marketing tasks and activities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in deliverables and effective communication;
Demonstrate a strong command of English, both in writing and speaking;
Apply a strategic perspective, understand the bigger picture, and set aims and objectives for process development and improvement;
Demonstrate an operational perspective by carrying out necessary planning and transforming backlog priorities into operational directives and tasks.
What about you?
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation;
Utilize marketing automation platforms effectively, with knowledge of Marketo being an advantage;
Strong communication skills in English;
Possess entry-level HTML knowledge for basic coding tasks;
Apply entry-level Photoshop skills, including resizing, text editing, template following, and basic template creation;
Utilize mid-level Microsoft Office skills for various operational tasks;
Strategic and Operational Perspective;
Ability to self-motivate and work well independently and with different teams;
Interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and team members;
Attention to details, proactivity, and involvement drive;
Able to perform within deadlines.
