As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

• Identify individual and organizational learning and development needs;
• Define and implement learning strategies and programs for the entire organization both through programs that address certain types of roles or profiles, as well as through personalized initiatives dedicated per business lines;
• Measure the effectiveness of learning & development programs and ensure their follow-up through performance indicators;
• Build and deploy the development programs for the identified top talents and successors for identified key positions;
• Identify and maintain the relationship with training providers;
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts;
• Deliver and facilitate workshops related to the coordinated area;
• Design and develop different guidelines and other materials related to projects coordinated;
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the activity (new tools, automation, process/flow redesign, new techniques and approaches);
• Manage the specific Tools (e.g.LMS) and database and coordinate relevant data analysis to report to concerned parties.

What you’re bringing to the table:

• Proven experience as an L&D Specialist or similar;
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods;
• Experience in project management and budgeting;
• Proficient in MS Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Tech Savvy;
• Results-driven approach;
• Autonomy and ability to work with minimal to moderate direction;
• Keen attention to details and very good planning and organizing skills;
• Ability to both see the big picture and to work with details and has the flexibility to switch from one to the other as necessary;
• Growth mindset, constantly interested in personal development;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Fluent English.
