As a Business Developer you will:
- Identify prospects in target industries, understanding their unique business needs and use cases, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Zitec services;
- Proactively outreach to potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
- Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads;
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs and objectives;
- Prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Zitec services;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Manage contract negotiations;
- Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to plan and deliver on initiatives that drive lead generation;
- Handle passive prospects;
- Perform analysis to determine business development opportunities in the market;
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
What about you?
- Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales (new business development) experience within the IT Services/Technology Industry, with a focus on cloud, devops, security service;
- Proven track record of success in driving new sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets;
- Proven ability and autonomy in new business pipeline building activities;
- Ability to understand the prospect's business pain points and requirements, and apply solution selling techniques;
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Motivation, perseverance, determination and a natural drive to succeed in sales;
- Motivation, perseverance and determination qualities;
- High level of personal ethics;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English, enabling effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
