As an Inside Sales Executive you will:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outreach, prospecting, and qualification activities;
- Collaborate with specialist business developers & tag-team to drive revenue growth for the company and win new customers;
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives;
- Qualify web inbounds & marketing leads into BANT opportunities in specific target vertical markets;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement lead-generation strategies;
- Manage leads, outreach campaigns, and associated data via the CRM tool;
- Understand the business needs and objectives of prospective customers, as well as their high-level technical requirements;
- Perform discovery calls, qualifying leads, and identifying potential opportunities for Zitec's services;
- Effectively communicate specific value propositions to customers.
What about you?
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (i.e. Inside Sales, Outside Sales Representative, Account Executive, Account Representative, or related title);
- Solutions-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills;
- Track record experience in lead generation activities, in an international setup;
- Results driven - familiar with delivering results against targets;
- Strong communication skills via phone and email; comfortable with phone outreach activities;
- Previous software or tech-related sales experience is preferred;
- Familiar with CRM tools and lead generation processes;
- Excellent level of business English; other languages are a plus.
