As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will:

• Deliver and execute a compelling, well-designed, and well-articulated Customer Engagement strategy;
• Coordinate and manage Customer Engagement projects and initiatives;
• Lead Customer Engagement activities such as thematic events, educational workshops, or other types of interactions designed together with the marketing and sales teams;
• Develop and implement a continuous NPS strategy with a focus on measuring and improving clients relationships, loyalty, and satisfaction;
• Develop and implement a communication strategy for business partners including present clients, potential customers, and industry partners such as Google, Microsoft, AWS & Magento when appropriate;
• Plan and deliver clients & projects-related press releases in collaboration with the PR agency;
• Provide Customer Engagement Programs key results every 3 months;
• Propose, implement, and report other KPIs to measure along the Customer Engagement Programs so that they support the upselling and cross-selling strategy of the Business Development team;
• Report to Marketing Manager monthly.

What about you?

• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge and proven experience in events organization
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to express your thoughts in English (written or spoken);
• Strong analytical skills;
• Self-organized and interested in constantly monitoring the achieved results;
• Interested in continuous career development;
• Being responsible and proactive.
