What you will do:

• Collect information and prepare a database with specific documentation to be used for national and European funding programs as well as tendering procedures;
• Assist in the implementation phase of the projects: development of the acquisition procedures, participation in the organization of events and workshops, participation in the reporting phase and internal documents signing procedures;
• Monitor international and national public tenders and funding platforms and select appropriate opportunities based on clear criteria;
• Prepare synthetic reports based on collected data and department activity;
• Participate in the submission of tenders and funding projects process, collect relevant information, and collaborate with the technical teams to prepare the necessary documents;
• Fill in information about innovative projects and tenders within the internal monitoring platforms and tools.

What you need for this role:

• 5+ years experience in working in European projects context and or tendering procedures;
• Able to analyze data and provide synthetic reports;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Natural drive to succeed in business development;
• Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities;
• High level of personal ethics;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English);
• Advanced MS Office level (Google Workspace tools are a plus).
