What you will do:

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to gather requirements and create specifications;
• Be part of the project discovery phase, understand and translate business processes into wireframes and prototypes;
• Translate requirements into attractive user interfaces;
• Execute all visual design stages from rough sketches to final hand-off to engineering;
• Design user interfaces for complex web apps, mobile apps, or websites;
• Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into your designs;
• Participate in user interviews and usability tests together with an UX Specialist.

What you need for this role:

• Strong experience as a UI Designer as well as a strong portfolio;
• Proficiency with one or more wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Moqups, etc);
• Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision;
• Big plus: knowledge of UX design principles and methodologies;
• An understanding of mobile-first and responsive design;
• Openness to Learning - takes personal responsibility for personal growth;
• Teamwork - collaborates with other members of formal and informal groups in the pursuit of common goals;
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism;
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
