As a Business Developer, you will:
- Identify specific prospects to approach while communicating the value proposition for their business and use case;
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings;
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads;
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers, their needs, and objectives;
- Prepare and present powerful sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Zitec software solutions;
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
- Manage contract negotiations;
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives;
- Handle passive prospects;
- Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market;
- Assist company management representatives in their business development activities.
What about you?
- At least 4 years of direct sales experience - minimum 1 year within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products);
- Oriented towards a consultative sales approach;
- A proven track record of business development success;
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Natural drive to succeed in sales;
- Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities;
- High level of personal ethics;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Romanian and English);
- Will be considered advantages: International Markets experience, technical (Software development) background;
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
