Business Analyst - Regista
Regista aims to digitize state institutions, being a Cloud-based SaaS solution, used by over 800 city halls in Romania to electronically record incoming or outgoing documents, to automate and streamline activity in various public sectors through various modules electronic registration, document management, e-Government and IoT solutions.
As a Business Analyst for Regista, you will be able to directly contribute in improving the experience of citizens with the state, working in a dynamic, start-up environment, with a young team, motivated to make a difference when it comes to digital transformation.
What you will do:
As a Regista Business Analyst, you will take care of all the activities necessary to understand, articulate and increase the value that Regista brings to its users and to contribute directly to Regista's success. This translates into:
- Understanding customers and users needs through direct interaction with them
- Understanding and contributing to the strategic direction of the product by interacting with the management of Regista
- Understanding the technical needs of developers
- Construction of a prioritised list of functionalities based on the information collected from the sources mentioned above and its approval with the management of Regista
- Documentation of functionalities and tickets using the ideal mix of text, diagrams and wireframes
- Collaboration with the UI Design team to create the necessary prototypes in the development of functionalities
- Dividing functionalities into vouchers easy to implement for the development team
- Interface with the development team to convey the functionalities to be implemented
- Interface with the Regista project manager to ensure the timely and budget launch of functionalities
- Contribute to documenting functionality in user guides
- Articulating the value brought by Regista to the internal members of Regista and to potential clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create marketing materials to help better describe the value brought by the Regista and to help in the sales process.
- Tracking and improving the value brought by the product to customers, users and Regista
- Pursuing and improving the achievement of the proposed business objectives
What you need for this role:
- Previous work experience of at least 3 years in a position of Business Analyst
- Excellent listening skills, written and verbal communication and presentation
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Previous experience in managing integrations with third party systems
- Previous interaction with development teams to create digital products
- Familiar with Agile Scrum documentation and development methodology
- Availability to travel in the country occasionally
