Account Manager

What you will do:
- Account screening & discovery (gather customer insights, understand their needs, and propose relevant solutions);
- Manage the communication between the customer and internal teams;
- Ensure customer satisfaction (prevent team allocation or service delivery gap, solve problems, gather feedback);
- Address customers’ needs through Zitec solutions (upsell & cross-sell);
- Ensure business continuity through a renewal of services;
- Knowing and owning the entire account management cycle, from new sales to administrative tasks, and reporting activities;
- Handling the administrative tasks as well: contract management, reporting;
- Working with the CRM tool every step of the way in the account management process.
What you need for this role:
- A customer-oriented colleague, with adaptability and strong problem skills;
- Excellent active listening skills and communication (both external and internal);
- Good understanding of the customer behaviors and fears, proficient at guiding them through the process and offer recommendations;
- Good understanding of sales and client contracting process;
- Experience in the administrative area (Back Office, Operations, etc.);
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar company to Zitec;
- Attention to detail;
- Experience in reporting and data analysis;
- Experience with CRM tools;
- An advanced level of written and verbal English communication skills.
